About Growing Green

We designed a sustainability grant and training programme to help local SMEs in the food sector move to net-zero.

The flexible programme was created to enable business owners to cut their energy use, find value from their waste materials, and reduce their inputs or resources. Growing Green took place over three months, and offered:

Grant of up to £7,000
Accredited training and professional qualification
Environmental sustainability assessment
Personalised action plan
Networking and events.
